Sunflower Seed Butter
My main reason for buying these seeds was to make sunflower seed butter and it was perfect. One bag filled up more than half a jar that I had laying around. The jar is almost 7inches tall so that's how much nut butter I have. It should last at least a month but that's if I don't eat it all by itself. Delivery was real quick. I ordered it Dec 29th, it was shipped the next day and arrived to my house on Jan 1. Don't be fooled by the picture. The unsalted seeds are truly unsalted.
