For shipments to warm weather locations, we highly recommend the purchase of one ice pack per two chocolate items ordered. These ice packs are reuasable and stay cold for 2-3 days. The ice pack you receive may not be the exact same one pictured.

Polar Pack Ice Pack
Worked very well. Felt like temps were in the triple digits and the ice packs helped my candy arrived just as it was suppose to.

Polar Guard Moisture Guard / Ice Pack
I ordered three of these with my order of chocolate nonpareils. Despite quick shipping, they were warm and the chocolates on the bottom of the box were melted together. All three 'Polar Packs' were thrown on top of the chocolates, thus leaving the chocolates on the bottom of the box exposed to heat. The 'Polar Packs' should have been distributed evenly in the box.
