I have noticed over time, consuming this coffee, that it tastes even better if you use distilled or purified water in a drip coffee maker. I also use an aluminum mesh basket, and it seems to work better than a paper filter at making the coffee taste better.

Breakfast Blend ans Italian Eapresso
I stumbled onto a single pot serving of this coffee at a local store near Clear Creek, Pa. My intent was to brew it the next morning for myself and the other fathers that we were with that were staying within the campgrounds. The next day was hectic and I didn’t get around to it. Monday morning at home I decided it was going to be today’s brew. It didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed it so much that I found the website and ordered a pound of breakfast blend, Italian espresso, and Colombian. I gave the Colombian to a friend and kept the other two. I love them. May be my favorite coffee and I regularly purchase from a coffee bean wholesaler in the strip district of Pittsburgh. I’m so glad I found this coffee. The “thank you” handwritten on the invoice was a very nice touch. Cheers!

This is my "go to" coffee....reminds me of the good, "old fashioned" coffee served years ago. A very smooth coffee....for any time of the day!
