All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept all major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on availability and volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.
Orders are shipped from Grove City, PA (ZIP code 16127). Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be provided at checkout. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, Howe is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
During warmer months, products may melt during transit. Although we take care in packaging, Howe is not responsible for any damage caused by heat after the product leaves our facility.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos or documentation to support claims. Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
