1. FRESH PRODUCTS - Simply put, if it's not fresh, it doesn't ship. Nice thing is, with fresh nuts and coffee beans spilling out of our on-site roasters every day, we know EXACTLY how fresh they are. You've tasted cashews, pecans, peanuts and almonds before, but have you ever tasted a batch that came straight from the roaster? As far as our candies go, when you're shipping literally tons of bulk candy to all 50 states every year, you're constantly rotating stock -- in fact, many of our candies are in such demand that they don't even reach the warehouse rack! From jumbo jelly beans to gummies and every wrapped and unwrapped candy in between, we ship only the freshest, quality confections.

2. LOW PRICES - Since upgrading our web store in May 2010, we've asked our customers to let us know if they find another web store selling the same fresh, quality candy, nut and coffee items at a lower final cost than ours. Total number of sites reported to have a lower final cost than ours to date: zero. We invite you to comparison shop. There are lower prices, and then there are much lower . . . and, in many cases, we fall into the "much lower' category. "Howe" do we do it? We're a small company that builds relationships with our customers. We want to earn your repeat business by offering delicious products at the lowest possible price.

3. EXCELLENT SERVICE - We proudly admit to being a little old-fashioned in this area. Once an order is placed, it does not criss-cross the plant through a network of processing, fulfillment and shipping channels. It's actually handled by the same person from start to finish. The same person that hand scoops the yummy candies, hot batches of nuts and fresh roasted coffees also prepares each package for shipment. In this way, we can best guarantee that every order placed receives the proper attention and personal care through the packing and shipping processes. And, of course, if you ever have a question about an order placed or if you wish to place a new order, simply call us toll-free at 800-367-4693, ext. 240. We do not charge an extra fee for phone-in orders.

What is your shipping policy?
We asked UPS and the U.S. Postal Service if they would ship all of our packages for free, but they both said, "uh . . . no". Soooo, the real-time UPS and/or USPS rates are displayed when you place your order, and those are the same fees that we pay to the carrier. While some web stores use shipping as a profit center by adding a percentage to these fees, we do not. Now, we could inflate all of our product prices in order to offer reduced or free shipping but we've chosen to show you the lowest possible product price and let you decide how reasonable the shipping fee is before you checkout. We are located in the Western Pennsylvania town of Grove City, PA (60 miles north of Pittsburgh). Both UPS and USPS calculate shipping charges based on package weight and shipping destination. We do now offer free shipping on products listed in two of our wholesale sections: Wholesale Candy and Wholesale Coffees. If products from these two wholesale sections are combined with candy, nut and coffee items from other sections of our web store, then a shipping cost will only be added to those items not listed in the free shipping sections.
