Why am I unable to log into my account with the email address and password that I used on your previous site?
In upgrading our website to a faster, more secure and PCI compliant website, all stored information was removed. Therefore, in order to place your first order on our new website, please create a new account or "checkout as a guest".

May I place my order by phone?
Of course! Simply call us between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday on our toll-free line: 800-FOR-HOWE, that's 800-367-4693. Ask for extension 240. We do not add any extra fee for phone-in orders.

What is your shipping policy?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $25 or more! For orders less than $25, the UPS and/or U.S. Postal Service rates will be displayed prior to checkout. Our free shipping offer applies to all orders over $25 shipped to the contiguous 48 states.
