Why am I unable to log into my account with the email address and password that I used on your previous site?
In upgrading our website to a faster, more secure and and 100 percent PCI compliant website, all stored information was removed. Therefore, in order to place your first order on our new website, please create a new account or "checkout as a guest".

May I place my order by phone?
Of course! Simply call us between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday on our toll-free line: 800-FOR-HOWE, that's 800-367-4693. Ask for extension 240. We do not add any extra fee for phone-in orders.

What is your shipping policy?
A shipping fee is added to all orders with the exception of orders that only include items from our two free shipping sections: Wholesale Candy and Wholesale Coffees. We ship packages via the United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). The shipping fee, based on the order weight, delivery destination and rush preference of the customer, can be calculated on the Shopping Cart page and/or the Checkout Page. The UPS and USPS real-time rates that are displayed reflect the exact shipping fee that we pay to the freight carrier. In our efforts to give customers the lowest possible total price, we do not use shipping as a profit center by adding fees to the displayed UPS and USPS rates.

The only time a flat shipping fee is applied to an order is when a full case of candy is purchased. In those cases, a $20 flat shipping fee is added per full case. For customers who order full cases of candy from the following states (CA, OR, WA, MT, ID, NV, UT, AZ, NM, WY), you will be emailed a shipping quote before your order is processed as our cost to ship a full case of candy will exceed $20 to those states. Once you approve the updated shipping cost, your order will be processed promptly.

Do you still offer free shipping on orders of $45 or more?
No. We removed our free shipping offer when we decided to reduce our prices storewide. We believe that our product prices are now so low that even with the addition of a shipping fee, you won't find a better deal anywhere else on the web.
